Complaint Conditions

1. General Provisions

These complaint conditions govern the procedure for exercising rights from defective performance for digital services and any goods provided related to the operation of the Doomio website.

2. Submitting a Complaint

  • A complaint can be filed without undue delay after discovering the defect.

  • Provide identification of the order/service and a description of the defect.

3. Returning Goods

If the order includes physical goods, they can be returned within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, undamaged and in the original packaging. Funds are returned within 14 days of delivery of the returned goods.

4. Refunds

In the case of a justified complaint, a reasonable discount, re-provision of the service, or a refund of the amount paid will be provided, depending on the nature of the defect and mutual agreement.

5. Service Cancellation

  • Cancellation before performance starts: 100% refund.
  • Cancellation after performance starts: proportional part based on the extent of service already provided.
  • Cancellation after service provided: no right to refund unless a performance defect is proven.
